Congratulations to Tasmia Chowdry, Mary Charmie Napuli, and Hannah LaBella for winning the Connecticut DMV and Travelers Insurance Teen Safe Driving Video Contest's DIVERSITY VIDEO AWARD! This impressive win marks Middletown High School's BlueTube's third consecutive victory in this category.
When asked to share more about the students' project and win, teacher Lauren Pszczolkowski said this:
The students were tasked with crafting a safe driving video aimed at fellow teens, with the goal of advocating for safe driving habits. They collaborated and produced a brief video utilizing a foreign language. Their victory brought them great joy, and it was thoroughly deserved. Their dedication in class was evident, and witnessing them receive the recognition they earned was one of those great teacher moments! We celebrated with their families and fellow schools last night at Travelers Insurance in Hartford.
Congratulations, Tasmia Chowdry, Mary Charmie Napuli, and Hannah LaBella!
